What to Expect on Your Order Receipt

Clear, straightforward receipt details

St. Pete Shopping Company is a service provider, not a reseller. You pay the same in-store prices you would pay yourself, plus a clearly defined service fee for shopping and delivery.

You receive the original store receipt along with a separate order receipt that shows the store checkout total, the service fee for shopping and delivery, and any tip you choose to include.

Clients receive all available store promotions, including BOGOs, Buy 2 Get 3 Free offers, manager specials, and unadvertised markdowns. Items are never marked up, and there are no hidden fees added after checkout.

Perfect for Vacationing visitors! We visit Madeira Beach every April and stay in a vacation rental with our 2 kids. As part of my packing process, I always put in an order for Stacy so that our rental is stocked with all the groceries we need for our week and it's one less thing we need to worry about after flying all day with kids. Stacy often goes above and beyond, visiting multiple stores to make sure we have the specific items we requested. Stacey’s overall level of service wonderful! Her communication about substitutes is quick and her suggestions are spot on if something is out-of-stock OR if the stock is poor quality. For example, if I’ve ordered a bag of red grapes but all options look old and the green grapes look amazing and fresh—she asks if I want to switch. Her attention to detail is impeccable. She selects the freshest produce, flowers, etc., and I’ve noticed it tends to last longer than perishables that some other shopping services sometimes bring me. She also lets you know when there is a BOGO so you can benefit from it!
