Payment Information

Payment data is stored by our payment processors, not by us. Shopping App payments are processed by Stripe, and non-app orders are invoiced through Square. Please review their privacy policies for questions about payment data.

The information you provide must be true, complete, and accurate, and please let us know when it changes.

2. Do We Share Your Information?

No. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We use it only for legitimate business purposes:

  • Providing and improving our shopping and delivery services
  • Customer care and support
  • Service notifications about your orders
  • Marketing messages you can opt out of at any time
  • Analysis that helps us improve

Opting Out of Marketing

Email Stacey@StPeteShoppingCompany.com or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. You will still receive service-related messages necessary for your orders.

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18. By using our website you represent that you are at least 18, or the parent or guardian of a minor using it with your consent.
