Prefer to talk through your dietary needs or store preferences in detail? We’re happy to hop on a call. Have a loved one in assisted living or recovering from surgery? We’ll coordinate everything with you and deliver directly to their door—or even to their hospital room or rehab facility, if needed.

We handle every order with the same care, communication, and attention to detail we’d give our own family. Whether you’re a tourist placing your first pre-arrival order, a snowbird returning for the season, or helping your grandma in Treasure Island get her groceries, our concierge-style service is designed to feel easy, dependable, and refreshingly personal.

As a first-time client, you’ll receive warm, personalized service right from the start. Once we receive your order—whether by app, text, or call—we’ll confirm every detail: your preferred stores, delivery timeframe, item substitutions, dietary needs, and any special instructions.

You’ll always receive a printed store receipt, and we’ll keep in touch throughout the process with real-time updates, questions, and friendly check-ins to ensure everything is just how you like it.

We’re known for going the extra mile. That might mean picking the ripest avocados, grabbing a forgotten item at the last minute, or even stopping at two stores to complete your list (when time allows).

Our standard pricing is transparent: 20% of your in-store checkout total (with a $15 minimum), plus tip. There are no surprise fees or hidden markups.

Perfect for Vacationing visitors! We visit Madeira Beach every April and stay in a vacation rental with our 2 kids. Stacey’s overall level of service wonderful! Her communication about substitutes is quick and her suggestions are spot on if something is out-of-stock OR if the stock is poor quality. For example, if I’ve ordered a bag of red grapes but all options look old and the green grapes look amazing and fresh—she asks if I want to switch. Her attention to detail is impeccable. She selects the freshest produce, flowers, etc., and I’ve noticed it tends to last longer than perishables that some other shopping services sometimes bring me. She also lets you know when there is a BOGO so you can benefit from it!
